NO MORE A SINNER
Read: 1 John 1:6-9
And you, who once were alienated and enemies in your mind by wicked works, yet now He has reconciled 22 in the body of His flesh through death, to present you holy, and blameless, and above reproach in His sight (Colossians 1:21-22 NKJV).
This scripture is undoubtedly one of the most touching statements ever recorded in the Bible,Once you accept Jesus as your Lord all your sins are forgiven. It is not based on how good and nice you’ve been, but by faith in Christ. It has nothing to do with what you did and what you didn’t do for God’s forgiveness, it is the result of what Christ has done.
The above portion of the scripture says that Jesus died to present you holy and blameless and above reproach in His sight. That means once you are in Christ in the eyes of the Lord, He sees you holy, blameless and above reproach. You don’t have to struggle to be holy for you already are holy and blameless in Christ. Don’t struggle to be what you already are.
You may be reading this devotional and you’ve committed many sins in your life. You don’t need to cry or feel condemned. Believe in the cleansing power of the Blood of Jesus: that Blood is still effective today.
Confession:Thank You Jesus for Your Blood. Forgive me of my sins and cleanse me by Your precious Blood. I’m washed and covered by Your Blood. I’m no longer a sinner I’m holy blameless and above reproach in Jesus Name Amen.

PEACE
Read: John 16:33
Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and don’t be afraid. (John 14:27)
Trusting God in every situation is the only way to stay in peace. Romans 12:13 says, “ Joy and peace are found in believing.” Many a times if things don’t go our way we get frustrated and it destroys our peace. God will do what he wants to do. So well, get into the flow with God and don’t go against the flow. We must maintain peace in our relationship with God, with ourselves and fellow men.We must maintain peace with God by believing and trusting Him. We can maintain peace with our fellow men by not allowing strife to be a part of our relationship with other people. Keep in mind that even if you live your life trying to make people happy there is still going to be someone who is not going to like what you are doing. It is easy to lose peace when someone hurts you. We keep on worrying about it and many a times we spend sleepless nights. The only way to get along with people is to be generous with forgiveness. Forgive people when they hurt you and offend you. Your worth and value are not determined by how other people have treated you and what they have said about you. Just because somebody rejected you doesn’t mean you were wrong. May be they have got a problem. Don’t try to control other people it will only steal your peace from you. You may have everything in your life but if you don’t have peace its not going to be worth anything.
Confession:
Coperate in God’s abundance of peace because Jesus is the Lord of my life. He has made me king in this life therefore I rule and reign over every circumstances of life. Amen.Thursday, 15 October 2015
How to Raise Leaders?
Read: 2 Timothy 3:16-17
And Jesus, when He came out, saw a great multitude and was moved with compassion for them, because they were like sheep not having a shepherd. So he began to teach them many things. (Mark 6:34)
One of the challenges every ministry, church or organization eventually faces in its expansion plans is the severe lack of genuine godly leaders. Where do you find them is the million dollar question? In today’s reading, when Lord Jesus saw the multitudes, He was moved with compassion for them because they were like sheep without a proper shepherd.
The mark of true compassion is that it will always move you to action. Notice what Jesus did. He began to teach them many things. Teaching people the principles of God is one of the surest ways to raise Godly and effective leaders. The reason for this is that while heaven and earth will pass away but God’s Word (His principles) will never fall short. This is how the vision for the Daily Manna was born. I see the Daily Manna as a vital tool in discipling the nations with the Word of God. On one hand our Lord Jesus had a powerful miracle and deliverance ministry and on the other hand He also had an effective teaching ministry primarily geared towards His apostles who would one day turn the world upside down – inside out.
Godly and effective leaders. 1. Doctrine 2.Reproof (to make us realize what is wrong in our lives)3.Correction 4.Instruction in righteousness 5.That the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work. (2 Timothy 3:16-17)
Prayer:
Father, instruct me and teach me in the way I should go through Your Word. Guide me O Lord. In Jesus’ Name. Amen.
